Being welcomed by enthusiastic welcome desk operators the moment you enter a building is really important! BluePoint is therefore very proud of its always cheerful welcome desk operators, who always give both, tenants and visitors of the building, a warm welcome and assist them with all their questions. The welcome desk operators pass on all information to the relevant services and are happy to assist event organizers. You can also contact the reception desk for all questions about the underground car park, public transportation or if you want to order a taxi. If a meeting runs late, it is best to let the reception staff know so that the catering department can make the necessary arrangements.

For internal tenants of the buildings, the reception desk takes care of the creation of access badges, the incoming post and packages, the welcoming of external visitors and so much more.
